Statement of Confidentiality

1.1 All employees at Influenter Security ApS, CVR no. 41309997, (hereinafter “INSEC”) have signed a declaration of confidentiality regarding our clients’ cases and other matters.

1.2 All information we receive from our customers in connection with an assignment from the customer is subject to confidentiality and we therefore treat this information with full confidentiality.

1.3 The obligation of professional secrecy means, inter alia, that the employee must not in any way disclose matters concerning the customer, the assignment or the performance of the assignment to unauthorised persons.

1.4 The undersigned undertaking INSEC hereby faithfully declares that all INSEC’S employees agree to have a duty of confidentiality and to comply with this with regard to information on INSEC’S clients’ business, tasks for customers and the like, which the INFLUENTER’S employee acquires through their position at INSEC.
